Frasers Hospitality enters Malaysian market
Frasers Hospitality has announced the soft opening of Fraser Residence Putrajaya, marking the brand’s debut in Malaysia. The property is situated within TERRA, a mixed-use development on the banks of Putrajaya Lake.
The property offers 283 contemporary serviced apartments, a games room, a children’s playroom, a fully equipped gymnasium, a swimming pool, meeting areas, and two dining options.
Vernon Lee, Regional Senior Vice President, Southeast Asia & Australia, Frasers Hospitality, stated that the debut of Fraser Residence Putrajaya is an important milestone for Frasers Hospitality in Malaysia.

Fraser Residence Putrajaya is part of TERRA, an 11.5-acre integrated mixed waterfront development that includes a residential condominium, a community mall, and an event hall with a capacity of 700. This development spans 11.5 acres of lakefront land in Precinct 8, bringing together a premier residential condominium of 348 units, a 170,000 square foot community mall, and a 35,000 square foot event hall, creating a fully integrated lifestyle ecosystem by the water.
The property features four room categories and nine room types, ranging from Studio to Three-Bedroom Lakeview with Balcony, each equipped with fully kitchens and generous living areas.
They provide added convenience for professionals and corporate travelers managing business responsibilities alongside family commitments, with meeting rooms and two dining options, Relish and Lakeside Café.
