flydubai expands network with Air India, Uzbekistan Airways deals
flydubai announced new interline agreements with Air India and Uzbekistan Airways, adding more than 80 destinations to its network and bringing the total number of partner airlines to 46.

The deal gives flydubai passengers direct connections to Indian cities such as Bengaluru, Chennai, Chandigarh, Goa, Jaipur, Pune and Varanasi.
Travelers can also reach international gateways on Air India’s schedule, including Bali, Ho Chi Minh City, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Mauritius, Melbourne, Seoul, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo.
Both carriers will sell single-ticket itineraries and allow through-checked baggage, simplifying journeys that route through Dubai.
Nipun Aggarwal, chief commercial officer of Air India, noted the agreement “strengthens access to markets across the Middle East and beyond via Dubai” and supports the airline’s ongoing transformation.
With the addition of Air India, the carrier now offers its customers routes to more than 300 destinations worldwide through interline and codeshare links.
Ticket sales for the combined itineraries will appear on both airlines’ booking platforms, and travel agents will be able to issue a single reservation that covers the entire journey.

Uzbekistan Airways adds Central Asian and European links
The new interline arrangement connects passengers from Dubai to Tashkent, where they can continue to Irkutsk, Krasnoyarsk and Moscow.
Major European gateways such as Frankfurt, London, Milan, Munich, Paris and Rome become reachable via the Uzbekistan carrier.
Domestic Uzbek destinations, including Bukhara, Fergana and Urgench, are also added to the combined network.
Shukhrat Khudaykulov, chairman of the board of Uzbekistan Airways, said the agreement “will expand the choice of destinations for our passengers and make international travel even more convenient.”
The partnership aligns with the airline’s strategy to use Dubai as a hub linking Central Asia, Russia and Europe, reinforcing its role in connecting east and west.
Since beginning operations in 2009, the carrier has built a network covering more than 120 destinations and has opened over 100 routes that previously lacked direct service to Dubai.
Both new agreements are effective immediately, and the airlines will begin marketing the combined itineraries in the coming weeks.
