Legacy Hotels Holding announced four new property signings at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2026.

Legacy Hotels Holding has announced plans to expand its regional footprint with four new property signings across the UAE, Egypt, and Georgia. The company, which made its debut under its consolidated group identity at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2026, aims to have over 65 operational and pipeline properties by 2027. This growth strategy follows the company’s formation 18 months ago after acquiring Flamingo Hospitality Management, solidifying its position in the Middle East and North Africa.

Strategic Signings Across Key Markets

Legacy also signed agreements for the TemptingPlaces soft brand, including a 109-key ultra-luxury resort in Georgia’s Kakheti region, opening in 2028, and a five-star boutique hotel in Dubai, planned for completion within four years. These additions highlight Legacy’s commitment to expanding its luxury segment, leveraging the TemptingPlaces brand’s reputation for unique, high-end experiences.

Diverse Portfolio and Regional Focus

Legacy’s portfolio includes 46 operating properties and 23 in development across 14 countries. The TemptingPlaces segment manages ultra-luxury properties in Paris and Switzerland, supported by soft affiliations such as Unique Boutique and Hôtels & Préférence.

The company also operates Earth Hotels, a sustainable joint venture set to debut its first property in Dubai later this year, with expansions planned for Riyadh, Jeddah, Porto, Lisbon, and Marbella. Rounding out the mix is Flamingo’s homegrown Saudi-born brand Shada, a Shariah-compliant concept that operates a 102-key hotel in Dubai with two additional properties under construction in Jeddah. This diverse portfolio reflects Legacy’s ability to cater to various market segments, from luxury to culturally attuned regional hospitality.

Tailored Commercial Strategy

Chief Operating Officer William Harley-Fleming emphasized the group’s commitment to regional accessibility and personalized hospitality. Speaking to TTN, Harley-Fleming stated, “When hotel groups grow into hundreds or thousands of properties, they inevitably drift toward a cookie-cutter approach. We refuse to do that. Hospitality remains fundamentally about people, direct connections with owners, and cutting away red tape.” Legacy is restructuring its commercial teams to cater to diverse segments, ensuring specialist handling for luxury advisors and corporate accounts.
